Michael has been buying property in Sydney and around Australia for over 20 years and has established an extensive network during that time which allows him to buy approximately 50% of his clients’ properties “off-market”.
He has negotiated property transactions ranging from $350,000 in value to $55 million and has navigated a myriad of contract types successfully for his clients.
He is an expert in the Sydney property market and passionate about achieving the property goals of his clients, be it purchasing a prestige family home or an apartment, or investment as part of a wealth-generating strategy.
Michael prides himself on his passion for property and reputation for honesty and integrity. He is highly sought-after and well-loved by his clients for continually exceeding his clients’ expectations with their property needs.
